​Echo Events is an event company working under North Metropolitan TAFE Events. Echo Events is made up of 4 hard working individuals, each with their own strengths. Brooke Bowler, Evilene Adler, Madisen Baldock and Sarah Tsoulis have used their own unique attributes to create a non for profit event company. However, while each team member is different, Echo Events all share the same passion; to create successful events for our clients.

Meet Our Team

From leaving school in year 12, Brooke advanced into doing a TAFE course of certificate III in Events. From there she has continued to achieve a diploma in Event Management. From her studies she has received many experiences and opportunities such as the Perth Fashion Festival, JDRF One Walk, City to Surf. Her recent practical placement at RSPCA gave her a greater experience in the preparation of a major event and fulfilling her role. She also currently has part time employment in retail which bring interpersonal skills and relationship building knowledge. Brooke’s strengths include her creativity, customer service, being a team player and willingness to learn.

Evie Adler

Based on experience Evie has gained multiple years in the industry of hospitality. For 15 years she worked in insurance displaying excellent customer service skills. Throughout that time she gained education in Tourism Certificate III, Commercial Cookery Certificate III, Food and Beverage Certificate IV and Hospitality Management. Her background in these studies has led her to undertaking the Diploma in Events Management to tie all courses together. The strengths Evie brings to the group are her mature experiences and the skills gained from her occupations. Her understanding of food and beverages will be beneficial

Madisen Baldock

Madi has completed her studies in high school recently and now finds herself at TAFE studying Event Management. Her background involves being involved in the arts such as dancing, singing and acting. This interest has led to her involvement in many events and competitions such as the Joondalup Festival, Telethon, Little Feet Festival, Fringe World and Battlegrounds International Competition. From this Madi has gained an extensive amount of experience in events and what occurs behind the scenes. It’s clear she is passionate about events as it’s always been part of her life. Another aspect Madi produces is her background knowledge in building a business based on her families animal rescue. The strengths Madi brings to the company is her creativity and knowledge of marketing in social media and flyer material. 

Sarah Tsoulis

Sarah has been studying since school for the past 5 years. She first went to Curtin University and studied a double major in Human Resources and Management. Upon graduating, she found passion for event management due to skills in planning, organization and creativity. Based on this judgement she finds myself currently studying the diploma of event management. Besides the skills and knowledge developed through her studies she has been fortunate enough to have had many opportunities of experiences. Volunteering experiences gained include JDRF Gala Ball, Hopman Cup HR Coordinator, Gemmill Homes Variety Ball and Secrets in the Garden Festival to name the major ones. The strengths Sarah can bring to Echo Events include organization, creative mindset, HR and management abilities and the ability to support the team.
